Mishpachah,
Hollow...Hello...Hallow...
What do those words have in common
- other than just a single vowel change?
Well, let's find out! :) I woke up the other morning having had a dream. In it I was sharing with someone, ministering to them. Upon waking I pondered it.
This is the result of the dream and the pondering. (It is a terrific play on words in my opinion.) This is it:
You feel empty - like you have nothing to give - to anyone - like you have nothing to give - even to God. But, don’t despair!
He wants your empty!
So give Him your empty - your hollow - your hole! Give your empty to God!
Because by taking your empty hollow hole to say hello to a Holy Hallow God then He will make your hollow hole turn into a Hallow Holy Whole!
*
Wow! What an incredible dream!
Do you see?
Hollow say Hello to God and becomes Hallow! The Hole becomes Whole!
It is His name!
YHWH Y-H-W-H
Yud (Hello-serve)
Hey (Hollow)
Waw (Whole- add)
Hey (Hallow-Holy)
Actually, He wants us to be empty before Him so He can fill us! If we are full of ourselves then there is no room for HIM and then He can’t fill us!
And there might be more meaning- there probably is. I think it has to do with us being a Royal Priesthood. We are called to be a Royal Priesthood. The Levites who served in the Temple didn't receive land inheritance. Instead they were to concentrate on serving in the Temple. As our function is to do the same - we must be empty of ourselves and rather open to Him. Our body is called the Temple of YHWH. May He so fill us that we may be hallow - may Messiah's words so abide in us!
There is more...
What do you see? What can you tell me? I have been pondering this all week and feel I need to share it.
Love, Leslie Ann
