From the recording For He Is The Living Elohim

I was working out at the YMCA when I happened to notice a class being given on the book of Daniel there. It interested me first of all because I had a child named Daniel and there was confirmation by Ruach HaKodesh as to my naming him thus. Secondly, I enjoyed studying that particular book because YHWH spoke to him through dreams and visions as He has spoken to me also. I have studied it much trying to receive understanding concerning interpreting dreams and such.

In one of the sessions while we were studying chapter 6 about Daniel in the lion’s den, the instructor looked straight at me and said, “That would make a good worship song.” Then he went on along teaching. He didn’t know that I played the piano and was involved in leading praise and worship. So, I felt the Ruach HaKodesh gently leading to me to write a song on this passage in Daniel 6.

I was classically trained on the piano. I didn’t know how to play by ear. When I went home I asked YHWH to give me the chords and the melody. That was in May 2008. He has since given me many melodies and chord patterns to put to the Tanach – The Scriptures. HalleluYHWH! For His Glory Forever and Ever! Amen!

I know there is anointing on this song because when I play it my children gather around me and sing wholeheartedly with me in great rejoicing!
